SC Thrive connections are changing lives across our state.

With knowledge and education opportunities highlighting state and federal programs, mental health response, community case management and more, our partners leave with a more empathetic approach and deeper understanding of what many South Carolinians face.
SC Thrive is a conduit and facilitator: creating working relationships between businesses, religious groups, governmental agencies, healthcare entities, and nonprofit organizations.
